Can't run CTR in duckstation Error system failed to boot

How to resolve this issue? (ctr=crash team racing)

The game run fine with pcsxRearmed (it's normal that with this core you can't improve graphics?)

PcsxReArmed has pretty much no core options, yes. If you want a more feature rich core, go for either "Beetle PSX" or "Duckstation/Swanstation". For those cores that I mentioned, unlike PcsxReArmed, you need bios files otherwise the games Will Not run.

Then try Swanstation. It's a fork of Duckstation that actually gets updates.

anyway i solved the issue, it was the missing .sbi files

Oh, that's the PAL version. US and Japanese versions, usually don't require this.
