Any fix to the ghosting issue is GTA San Andreas?
I'm using the PCSX2 core. Is there any known fix for this?

Disable interlacing? That blur effect is hard coded on the PS2 version of the game, not sure you can disable it. And also, the PC version exists and always existed. That version gives you the option to disable blur.
