Will RPCS3 ever become a core?

Will it ever be possible to move over my PS3 roms to retroarch i just love the UI.

I speculate it's going to take a long time, simply because there are far too many games with issues on that emulator right now. Just keep using RPCS3 like you already have and forget that possibility for the next 5 years or so. When it happens it happens.

Which other relevant core are we missing here? WiiU, Switch, PS3? I won't even mention PS4 or XBXs cuz I knw they are hard af to emulate.

- considering that even PS2 and OG XBOX emulators have rather considerable performance issues and require pretty powerful PC to run, i would not expect a proper PS4 and XBOX1 emuls any time soon. For gods sake, even RPCS3 is in barely working state and require a very powerful machine to run just a few games that it can actually run.

You are also pretty naive. I had great luck 'thanks' for your 'concern'. Yuzu/Ryujin? Do you even read news or surf the internet? I play Mario Kart8DX, Mario SuperStars, Crash Racing Nitro Fuel, Link's Awakening remake, etc perfectly 60fps even online with parsec.

Oh maybe it's you who need good luck. I played so many ps2 titles perfectly and w/o issues. My PC is ok, good, acceptable, wouldn't even say it's pretty powerful. Have you considered that perhaps it's time to update that old relic you call PC?
Oh I also emulate perfectly the games I want on rpsc3.

- first of all, i didnt corrected your grammar, i corrected your wrong assertion that there is something missing. Secondly: not my first language. Third: anyway, in interent talk apostroph is usually ommited even by anglophones.

As for aformentioned games you are playing on emulator, i can only say - good for you. Apparently your machine is powerfull enough to pull this trough. I personally had problems with running some 3DS games, altough they were list as BAD on compatibility list, so maybe that was an issue. Because of that i just assumed that there are no properly working Switch emulator, as i simply not that interested in emulation outside of RA platform.

- my luck is fine, thx. Im also have run some of PS2 games fine, other not so much, which was in total correlation with listed compatibility list on PCSX2 wiki. So i sincerely doubt, that your PCSX2 experience will for some reason be any different than that llisted on their wiki.

My PC is also fine, thank you for caring, it is enough to run what i want to run.

Yeah you are obviously all the previos if you pretend to successfully run a game listed as 'BAD'.

i bet its really only a matter of time, but i think first LRPS2 will need to be more stable, at least theres a standalone version until then.
