Big pack, you can choose the Bezels and vintage display to fit you preference and platform. The reflection shader is quite demanding though, so there are "potato" versions without the reflection.

This makes the individual pixels pop beautifully, like a mosaic.

This sort of blends the details, as if it was painted. This is closer to how we perceived the graphics on CRT monitors, that were blurring things a bit rather than showing clearly defined pixels. (Please note that I am not going for the CRT experience, for example I didn't add scanlines, but you can add more effects)

There are so many options and was hard to set the whole cores that at the end I kinda ended using a global settings like:
shaders
Plus video filter:epx
And bilinear
Lottes multipass settings for Slang aka vulcan video driver.
Give it a go it has a Trinitron look.
It's rare that a shader doesn't dim the screen too much.
Change shadowmask if you would prefer pixels over scanlines.
Adjust hardpix depending on blur preference per system.
For higher res games or systems try frutbunn shader also.
I like subtle these mega bezels are cool and all but not for me.
Don't like it don't save.
Too much effort looking or guessing where it even is located. No thanks
I spent hours trying nearly every shader then googling for advice.
I tried what someone recommended and was pleasantly surprised.
The default settings for shader don't look all that good. Thats why I uploaded a settings pic.
I don't use the Retroarch steam version anymore for doing a screenshot to post on here.
Thanks for the appreciation, typical.
Yeah I spent hours too on crt folder weeks ago, don't wanna repeat it again. That's where I found my current fave shader.
You don't need to use steam ra version, you can still upload and link a picture of your standalone ra's screenshot.
Thanks for the appreciation, typical.
