PPSSPP Texture Replacement
Where do you put replacement textures for the PPSSPP core? The app data location for the standalone retroarch doesn't seem to work. I also tried C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\RetroArch\saves\PSP\TEXTURES\[iso id]\ and that didn't work either

1) make sure to enable the texture replacement option in the retroarch core options
2) inside the [ISO ID] directory the files are like in this image https://ibb.co/pzRGTwH

Sorry for necro, but is there anything else to take into consideration for this?
I've been trying to use a texture replacement for K-ON! Houkago Live!!.

Nothing seems to work, even after enabling the texture replacement in the core options and making sure the structure of the folder is just like it's displayed in your screenshot.

I'm starting to think it's gotta be something about retroarch or the core version, since dumping the exact same folder in the PPSSPP standalone emulator seemed to work without problems.
