PCSX can't load save state after bios

Hello there. I recently started using the PCSX rearmed core to play a PSX game. I had not applied a bios yet and I could not save my game normally, so I used a save state. Now I have a bios, but every time I try to load the save state Retroarch crashes.

As soon as I remove the bios file from the system folder, I can load the save state again with no issue, but of course it won't let me save the game normally.

Is there any way I can load my save state while using a bios in order to not depend on it?
