Blowing with DeSmume (?)

I'm trying to play some games (such as Apollo Justice or Cooking Mama) that you are suppose to blow air on the console at certain points, but I don't know how it works with this emulator since I'm pretty newbie.

Please let me know how to fix this problem, thanks in advance

I think there's a keyboard binding for that.

I remember years ago when I was playing Ace Attorney 1 at original desmume. At the blowing dust part at the end, I managed to blow it with my keyboard.

not sure about retroarch version tho

Okay, I finally found out what was wrong and you were close.
Apparently it's attached to L3 but it didn't have any key button chosen, so I changed it to (M) and now it works perfectly. Thanks for the help

If your laptop has a touch pad on it , that will work too.

How do i get it to blow more than 5 seconds?
