So I remember about this long time ago, can't remember exactly what I did in the past how to solve my problem but I know this issue exist on PS3, and other emulators.

So there this suggestion someone made.

Then another person suggestion use another emulator to get pass the problem.

Also the numbers don't mean jack crazy right they're random as you look up everyone case no one had same number, so to search error on this you type in "Game name" "Error prg err" that how you get results on google for this.

That sounds Incredibly annoying, but I'm a little confused as I'm not using save states (playing hardcore with retroachievements, so save states should be disabled by default?).

Save states are not automatic, and no they're not disable by default.

Save states is something you trigger on the emulator manually, so if you pause game, open emulator game menu, and click on save state # it makes a file on your system that contant game data for exact moment you save state at.

Example let say you have hard time beating a mario level, you got hardest level you're trying to get better at, and you make a save state, so when run out of lives, instead of having to restart the whole game, you can basically load your save state to take you back to exact moment you made said save state, and now you can retry again trying to get better at the hardest level.
So I gave It a shot using the Information on that post you linked to and It didn't really helped, just crashed RetroArch, however, I either did something else unknowingly, or the error Is random, because I managed to bypass that section where I got the error before on a subsequent attempt.
