Rewinding Game Issues

[Miss Rin]

Whenever I try to rewind games it restarts the whole game if i open the content NEW, but if i turn off and on the rewind it works again.

I have retro achievements on, hardcore mode OFF, and i still get achievements with rewind when I do the temporary fix for rewind
