DeSemuME Stylus?

While the mouse an right analog stick move the stylus icon around no matter what keys or buttons i bind to press the stylus down it doesnt press down. The mouse wont work no matter the button either

Maybe something in quick menu with controls? Totally separate but for NES zap gun I had to change mouse to pointer to get buttons to work, so maybe similar with this if it gives that option. Try to play around with control settings a bit.

So actually, I tried a different game and the controls worked fine with it. I don't get why its not letting me use the stylus on everything but it.

Digging out an old thread, but just wanted to leave this here in case someone is researching it in the future.

I had issues with touch not working in WarioWare specifically, but working well with other games.
I went to Quick Menu > Controls > Manage Remap Files > Reset Input Mapping and it fixed the issue. No idea why it was bugged as I never saved any remaps for this game.
