PS2 game driver issues

I tried to play ps2 games such as true crimes new york and all the textures do not load properly. when I try to use other drivers such as gl1, glcore, d3dxxx those either start up with no display and only sound or just a blue screen for steam big picture. When I finally get the game to load with bad textures to quit it stays on a blue screen. Can anyone help me with the ps2 set up and which drivers to use?

Use "gl" the alpha is kind of buggy. Use the standalone, way better performance
