How to change Internal GPU Resolution in Core pcsx ReArmed ?

The PC version of PCSX ReARMed doesn’t have an internal resolution scaling feature. The Android and RetroPi versions do. I kind of wish it did. I ported over Beetle PSX HW from the standalone version of RetroArch using it’s core downloaded and ran it using the Vulkan renderer to make that work properly.
