ps2 backups in bin/cue format do I keep them in archive like ps1 backups or extract/convert to iso?

also certain ps2 games arent getting thumbnail data is this something to worry about like the hash is wrong or something or not specifically both the suffering games for me and the x-files on ps1

also I noticed an error with emulation of timesplitters 2 usa version is there a place to report this to the pcsx2 devs?
