Dolphin crashes to desktop whenever I try to boot a ROM

I really hope someone can help me resolve this issue.

First I want to start off by saying that I have the 'Sys' folder in the 'system/dolphin-emu' folder (though I still see in the core information section that it says I don't and I don't know why), I set it so that cores can't switch the video driver. I tried starting using different video drivers when launching the dolphin core. On top of all that I don't have Rewind or run-ahead turned on as I saw that too could cause Dolphin not to launch.

I am at a loss here and no matter what I try I cannot resolve this issue. What am I missing and how can I resolve this issue.

it was really weird, I run gamecube game fine at the first without any tweak, then several days after it keeps crashing everytime I open the same games

Having the exact same issue. Wasn't having this problem a week or so back, but now Dolphin ROMs crash on load.
I'm also having similar PPSSPP issues.

Having the exact same issue. Wasn't having this problem a week or so back, but now Dolphin ROMs crash on load.
I'm also having similar PPSSPP issues.

I manage to make it work yesterday, try to set in settings>configuration>use global core option file to "on" and dolphin and ppsspp will work again, still had some crashing issue if I fast fowarding too much but at least it worked If I play without it for now

you could try main menu>configuration file>reset to default
I only tweaked both of those so far to make it work again
