RetroArch
RetroArch vs other emulators (Batocera, Lakka, Recalbox & RetroPie)
On most sites, RetroArch is the ultimate all-in-one PC retro emulator, but i found other similar emulators, which is the best among the 5 emulators.

Lakka is RetroArch as an OS, if I'm not mistaken. Don't know much about the others, though.
They are based off the same "library", emulation station, they use the exact same cores to emulate if I'm not mistaken.
But they are not the same to intall/use, Retroarch is the easiest to just install and play and the most polished one in my opinion, I like it so much.
I've played with mostly with Retropie, though I've toyed with Lakka and Retroarch. As CAT-800 said Lakka is just Retroarch as an OS and is made to be simple to use. It supports PC raspberry pi, etc. Retroarch is sorta like a more complex Lakka from the little I've played with it. Retropie is an entirely separate beast is really meant for the Raspberry pi or Linux based computers. It's a lot like Retroarch, as I think it uses parts of Retroarch for compatibility, but it focuses more on customization and theming.
Batocera is a frontend and it's using Retroarch in the background. In my opinion, this is the easiest multi-emulator out there. You just need to image your drive, boot and drop your roms in the roms folder. Can't get easier.
If you want your emalutor on Windows, I suggest you install Retroarch and use Launchbox as the frontend. You get a nice collection interface with automatic front covers for your games, kind of like Steam. I think is Retroarch is a bif mess but you only need to set it once.
Technically none of what you listed are emulators. RetroArch loads emulator cores (which are the actual emulators) and all the others are operating systems, some with frontends, that have a RetroArch backend... so they're all using/loading the same emulator cores regardless.
You are confusing things, retroarch, lakka, batocera, retropie, etc arent emulators they are frontends or linux distributions packed with a frontend, since there arent many new emulators these days, most frontends use the same emulators on the backend and that if not also using retroarch as an intermediary.
