Just see black screen on my HMD. It renders only to the desktop.

Bought World of Guns VR: Guns Full Access. I didn't receive anything. What should I do?

I feel vibration when pointer moves between screen buttons, but no button on right WMR controller does anything, including touchpad. Left controller doesn't do anything at all. Also laser pointer comes from somewhere above, not from the middle of controller - on screenshot shown above I'm holding controller as usual. It points to a proper point from wrong location...

I'm stuck at the first screen with the Index. I can't click to continue.
