Will sidequests from part 2 be reset in NG+ ?

I'm gonna finish ending B soon, will I need to redo the sidequests that I already completed in part 2 ? Or do they stay completed and I will only need to do the ones I skipped

Everything you completed will stay completed.
Only side quests you did not finish you need to start again from the quest giver.

Does it allso apply to quests prior growing up?
For example i got borred and russhed into mansion, grew up and all old quest was unfinishible. If i finish the game and start NG+ - finished quests from very begining will be finished, but unfinishable will be possible to finish again before i go to mansion?

Subsequent playthroughs start right after the timeskip, so no, quests you didn't finish during the first half can't be completed anymore.
