If you want to just exit the pc press E to exit and press again to enter again. If you want to reset all you did on the PC you need to reload the save.

i mean i don't know what to look for in the mission he tells you to remove the files but i dont know what to look fore and also the game bugged when i hit exit i was still in the computer and i have to start all over

Oh okay so that's the issue. You need to find the files using the words puzzle below. First find the disc you need to enter, then proceed to mount the disc, then find the files you need to find and use the dir or del.
