For the true ending, you need to be on course for the good ending but at the end of the game where you say your goodbyes to everyone, instead of accepting the prompt to go back home, you go back to Junes.
The golden ending is the same as the true ending with extra content. Just make sure you are on track to the good ending and have Marie's social link maxed out before the December deadline. On January 2 you have the option to go into the velvet room where a cutscene will play. Pick the following responses:
"Why did she leave?"
"Where did she go?"
"I don't care about danger. I'll go."
This will unlock a new dungeon you need to complete and you should be all set for the golden ending. Just following the instructions for the true ending and you will get the golden ending.
