Is a replay worth it?

I feel like playing the game again and trying to get the golden ending, it worth my time?

If you skip all dialogs and scenes you already see, it actually take not that big time maybe 15-20 hours. Yes it's worth it, especially in NG+ so you can max all social links in the game and fight with Margaret.

The main appeal of this game lies in the characters, their stories and their bonding. The combat however feels like mindless spamming of enemy's weakness while the bosses are damage sponges, and dungeons are repetitive and lazily generated. If you've completed the game before I think there's little to gain from beating it again and it's best to look up the ending on Youtube.

No, i mean just to fulfill story. All social linked maxed = full story, and the end of golden ending you notice that, that every character will cheer you up at the end so you can win literally a god.
To fight Margaret you don't need to max all social links. The only conditions: Max her link up, defeat all mini bosses at dungeons until Heaven dungeon(last who need). And last thing play until you on the way to golden ending.

I did it purely for the NG+ achievements and to use the Japanese voice overs. But yeah, it's mostly the same stuff barring the secret boss you can attempt in this playthrough. So if you've missed any content from your initial playthrough, then worth a shot.

Precisely, you can't really ask a third party what you should do in your leisure time, you just.. know it. When I played FF7 Rebirth i new that it was a one and done game for me, other games I'm eager to start again. You just know it.
