No way to buy the soundtrack?
Is there really no way to just buy the soundtrack? I seriously love this game and the music, but there isn't a way to just buy the soundtrack without getting deluxe edition, which ofc I can't do because I already own the game. If there isn't a way to buy the soundtrack normally, please make it happen Atlus! I want to give you my money for some music :hanawoo:

You could always buy Persona 4 on PlayStation 2, it comes with a soundtrack CD.

I actually looked into that last night, but nah I don't think I'm really willing to buy a game for a console I don't have just to get the soundtrack CD

There is an import site I use a lot called *******-japan (censored in case it counts as advertising or something, DM me if you want the name of it, though you can probably find a bunch of asian import sites that sell the CDs) you can get the OG P4 OST + GOLDEN OST CDs for like 15 bucks each plus shipping, if you really want to own the music, buy the CDs, and then burn the audio files to your PC (probably with an external USB CD drive which are cheap since no one has disc drives on their PC anymore) :D

This is how I got my soundtrack. I also have the Persona 3 soundtrack as well from purchasing the game.

Hmm, now that I think about it I believe I have the Persona 1 soundtrack as well. I forget offhand if P2: Eternal Punishment came with a soundtrack. If it did I have that one as well.

I think I may just go ahead and do it that way. I would've preferred to get it digitally but it looks like there really is no way to buy it online. Thankfully I found someone selling the original soundtrack CD online for a good price

How do I burn the audio files to my pc? I don't think I've ever really done that before because I just don't have CD's lol I imagine I need some software or something to do that right?

Just bought P4 with it's bonus disc a couple weeks ago and it was less than $20 for it CIB off eBay. I'd suggest doing the same like you mentioned. Also I had to google the following text as a reminder, but I do remember this working for me before:

How to Convert CD Audio Tracks to MP3 with Windows Media Player:
1. Go to Windows Media Player.
2. Click "Organize" from the menu bar and select "Options."
3. Go to the "Rip Music" tab and choose "MP3" in the Rip settings section.
4. By default, the ripped songs will be saved in the "Music" folder.

what the guy above said, just buy a USB disc drive, can usually get them cheap from amazon (make sure you get one that specifically says its a burner as well as a reader) and then you can use that with programs like windows media player to burn the tracks to files as a folder.

Use Spotify.

There is another app to, ahem, turn tracks into MP3 :steamhappy:

That is perfect, thanks for the advice! Question though, when you rip music from a CD, will the CD be left blank or will it be the same?
K.O.2 Aug 19, 2023 @ 9:55am
It will be left the same. Ripping basically means copying. Also if it helps you at all, I bought two cheap External LG DVD Reader/Writer drives off Amazon, and like the other user posted they work great. (Each of them were about $25) The cables on them are a bit short, but you could also get a usb male to female extension cord from Amazon really cheap as well.

Ahhh okay! I actually wasn't sure how I would use a DVD reader because yeah I noticed the cables they come with are pretty small, but that does help! :p4g_love:
