Quest 47 Help?

I'm trying to do Quest 47: Find Me Something to Wear to get the Disco Fan for Yukiko, but I'm running into a problem...the quest giver just...isn't here.

I've done quest 37, which I was told you have to do first. I even already have the Invincible Mini from Daidara so it's not an issue of me being unable to find or fight the shadows or anything.

I watched YouTube to see someone else doing the quest so I know exactly where in Okina City she's supposed to be. I'm well past the date the quest unlocks (October 12th) she's just...not here. Am I missing something? Is my game borked? Does she only appear on specific days? Like what the heck is going on and why can't I get this quest done?

To complete this quest you need to do very grind stuff, killing Power Castle's shadows and get 8 items from them in Secret Labaratory(Naoto's dungeon). You can found them in B3-B4 and B6-B8 floors. If i remember correct it's only red(strong) shadows which most be very hard to find and face. After sell items what you got from them to Daidara so you can get your item and give it to house wife and complete quest.

As I said in the original post, that's not the issue. I've already killed the shadows. I already have the item that the quest giver wants. My problem is that the quest giver isn't in Okina City. I can't even talk to her to start the quest.

OKAY, SO I GOT HER TO SPAWN!

I can confirm the problem was either that I had to activate the coffee shop owner to go inside his own cafe OR I had to do the quest where I handed out tissues for the guy in front of the theater.

One of those seems to have worked because when I left the city and came back on the same day she was there!

What an odd flag to have to activate for a quest to show up.
