Can't find Hanged Man where he should be
It's Thursday, November 17th after school. I am currently level 4 Hanged Man and he should be at the practice building but I can't find him anywhere. It's not raining nor is it a holiday. I know he is supposed to be here but... am I just blind??

Nope. Checked there. He's there on holidays. He's supposed to be in the school practice building on Thursdays as long as it's not raining or a holiday.

Found him.... I'm blind. Thanks you guys were right. He was where Kanji usually is so I completely overlooked him.
