About night conversations.. [MINOR SPOILER]

I think this is one part of what makes me think P4G is the best game IMO. My question is does anyone knows where to find full conversations in each situations? I just found all of the in dungeon conversations at YouTube and all are hilarious. I also found some of Rise's night conversations that I missed and want to know more about other night conversations.

So the thing is, my MC's girlfriend in both playthroughs is Rise. Since I have more free time at January in the second playthrough, I had some night conversations, mainly with Rise, Yukiko, Naoto, and Ayane. Because Yukiko's status is my MC's friend, when she is talking about Valentine, I replied with something like "I want a chocolate too", and her response is kind of like "yeah, okay, whatever, I'll make one for you". I think it should be a different response if Yukiko's status is MC's girlfriend and I would like to know.
Talking with Naoto always felt serious (Maybe because she is in the friend route). Nothing mentionable in Ayane's conversations.

Most of the players always said that Rise is too flirty and full of thirst (Although it is one of her charm for me), but when you have a private conversation with her like when under the umbrella, when you said that "feeling more sexy" she will creeped out and will surprised on the conversations that the MC saying "you and me behind the bleachers". She is someone that bold in a group but highly nervous when just only the two. And this is only known when MC trigger the night conversations.

Honestly, you can't go wrong with either of the girls in the group, because they are all amazing. So just want to know if there is any source for all of the night conversations, or any of you guys remembered any memorable night conversations. Thanks!

Hanging out with Naoto at the end of the game (dating her) was really sweet. She even gave me some sweets she baked, something I didn't even know you could do when I first played it on the Vita.

Honestly, I want to know Naoto's night conversations as lovers, but I hardly found it. She always talked serious things with my MC as friend route.

It was still pretty serious, but you had the chance to pretty blatantly flirt with her and throw her 'deductive reasoning' way off.

I think the one I remember in mid-January was her talking about how the detective in a novel reminded her of the protagonist as someone brave and strong who solves problems. I shot back with "that sounds more like you" and she got all flustered and I got a +3, it was adorable.

I remember when I talked with Naoto in January and she had mentioned VD she was blushed and started to talk that it is the first time when she makes chocolate for someone. Also even her more serious dialogues ends by her saying that she already miss you.

Btw. When I talked with Rise before VD she also stated that she wants to make chocolate for Yu, so I dont know if there is any difference for her.

Okay I am curious on this one, because on lovers route, Rise is really scared that the MC will receive chocolate from another girl. MC's response was "You're the only one for me" and she is like crazy in love with MC. I suspect it should be different with the friend's route.

I'll probably will try to go through January night conversations again with Naoto and Chie as friends route and see what they say before VD. Yukiko I still remembered as mentioned above, her response was like okay I will make you one but nothing crazy or romantic indication.

Also it is somehow important to know. In Japan during VD there are two kinds of gifts. The first kind are chocolates for your Love interest. The second type of chocolates are something like little gifts for your friends (bag of sweets from Yukiko which she shows in class) which girls gives their friends during VD or next day.

I also asked Yukiko does she plan to make those chocolates on her own. Fortunatly she said that she doesnt have enough experience (hm....), so she will just buy them. Well, at least school is safe.
