Every time i press play on my account it will say it's loading but wont launch the game at all
it work fine with my laptop but now with my desktop it won't even launch the game despite being more powerful
Is there some methods that can help me launch this game properly on my PC?

Make sure you have the appropriate Visual C++ Redistributable package installed. I'm not sure which one exactly this game required, but the appropriate setup file should've been placed in your Steam folder under Steam -> Steamapps -> Common -> Steamworks Shared -> CommonRedist -> vcredist and then check which versions in that folder where placed there on the same date that you installed P4. Then install all of those. Normally these should be installed automatically if required when you first launch the game but it sometimes doesn't really work right as was the case for me.

Or your issue is an entirely different one altogether in which case...I dunno.

I check and downloaded but still no luck. I might try again since I think this is the most possible reason I seen so far

You could try and launch the game through the exe instead of the Steam Client, that way you should at least get an error message which the Steam launcher often skips.

This is what you should do.

The error message can help narrow down what you need to do to get the game working. Most of the time, it's installing or reinstalling one of the 32 bit version of the Visual C++ Redistributables, but there are definitely other reasons.

The easiest way for you to do it would probably to right click on the game in steam, go to properties, then the local files tab, and click browse local files...

It will take you to the directory where the game installed. You can run the exe from there.

Ok so if I did everything right, it says the execution code is not found and says wmvcore.dll was not found

Go to your start menu, type in msinfo32 and hit enter. What does it say your OS name is?
Elisports Aug 14, 2020 @ 11:24pm
Microsoft Windows 10 Pro N

You need to download media feature pack for your version of Windows 10.

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/3145500/media-feature-pack-list-for-windows-n-editions

If you're not sure which one you have, tell me the version build from msinfo32
Elisports Aug 14, 2020 @ 11:33pm
version- 10.0.18363 Build 18363

is this the right one?
