Patra Skill Card Help

I am attempting to fill out most of the skill cards in the game, but Patra is giving me hell. If I understand guides correctly it SHOULD drop in either the Castle or Bathhouse. Or is there something different about some level 1 skill cards that they will drop in other dungeons?

I really want to complete my level 1 skill cards before this consumes my life of just jumping between the Castle and Bathhouse.

Edit: I have a plan now to take advantage of lower level weapons and elemental items that do less damage in order to get those All Out Attacks more often. Thanks to the dude below who gave me advice on getting it! Pray for my sanity in the meantime while the game gives me all the level 1s in the game outside of Patra.

I got it from shuffle time already, just keep picking rank 1 skill card, it's totally random, anyway i think u want to get all skill cards, have you get ice boost skill card? If not better don't seek rank 3 skill card (it won't drop), just extract it from King Frost at cafe, ice boost is the hardest skill card to get from shuffle time (at least for me it's impossible to get), however yeah patra is shuffle time skill card only

I'm very jealous, I have been running up and down the stairs of Yukiko's castle and changing out to Kanji's here and there for days and it still hasn't dropped. It's my last skill card I need in level 1

u should already know, but my advice keep doing All-out-attack, everytime enemies killed by All-out-attack it will always trigger Shuffle time, whenever rank 1 skill card shown then pick it, much better if u have sweep bonus and keep the sweep bonus all the time, avoid killed enemies by almighy attack or AoE physical attack as it will only have 50% chance to trigger Shuffle time, if u are in last day: Kanji signature move really help much to do All-out-attack by knocked down some enemies then the rest u just need to hit other enemies' weaknesses, or better u can keep doing critical attack by using Mighty Swing / black spot / rainy death / heaven's blade, these skills have really great critical chance along with apt pupil or any weapon that increase critical attack, hope u can get your patra skill very soon!

While I knew, I thought I could get it faster by just hitting everything quick and hard since all of my characters are around level 90. I should be able to still get more All Out Attacks still in certain fights in her Castle and I will start doing that instead.
