I'm pretty sure that they still salty about "low" price of P4G. Ofc the price was normal for any sane buyer and gamer, but for commonly incompetent management it must be like "we sold 1 million P4G copies for 20$ each but we could've sold those million copies for 60$ each! We lost money! So crank up prices for every next release".
So now we have failed P5 Strikers and mediocre Soul Hackers 2 selling for 60$, and lazy SMTIII remaster selling for 50$, all without proper regional pricing.
I fully expect it to be 80$ with a bunch paid dlcs as cherry on top, because you can't over-hype the release and have low prices at the same time.
Unless it's 40$ tops in my region I won't buy it. I'll just play it in Game Pass and maybe buy my Steam copy on sale 3 years later.
2. Not actual Persona game (rather a mediocre Dynasty Warriors clone with Persona skin)
3. Overpriced + broken regional prices (that was especially noticeable after proper P4G pricing)
4. Full of bugs - last mainline patch was released 11 months ago and just updated Denuvo. Last proper patch was released 1.5 years ago. People still have unresolved technical issues with this game.
5. Was available in open seas right after release due to leak. Despite that, still has Denuvo, punishing people who actually paid money for the game with this trash DRM.
At least it´s a long game so it´s not money THAT poorly spent.
Feel bad for the PS4 owners. though...
Ha ha ha XD XD… You don’t have to go that far to play persona 5 royal, I will pay full price for it once it comes out in 21 of October I have about $133 save up to pay it on day one.
