Problems with Naoto Clues

Hello everyone,

I on my second playthrough of Persona 4 and now i have the problem that i can't find the Clues for Naoto i talked to every Girl in the high school but the Police Officer ist not in the Shoping District even on Monday a Guide on the Interent said that Chie is by the Riverbed but she stands in the Shopping District. Am i stupid or did that change? I'm confused.

after talked to girl at classroom 1-1:
1. talk to girl at practice building
2. talk to cop at shopping district north
3. talk to chie at riverbank
4. talk to cop at shopping district north again
5. talk to housewife at shopping district north
6. next day meet a cop at shopping district south (available only tuesday, thursday or saturday)
