Ok, I'll go for growth. Some website says you can get the blessed hands accessory in locked chests in the void quest dungeon. Youthful wind can make blessed hands useful toward the end of the game.
I don't think I would be torn because a lot of players create personae/demons that focus on dealing as much damage as possible.
