Mind Charge + Dyne/Megidolaon, Invigorate 3, Victory Cry, Heat Riser/Debilitate... are all decent choices for running through dungeons.
If you want a more end game build with her, Ali-Dance, Null-Phys (Card), Angelic Grace (Card) OR Firm Stance. I don't consider Alice a "boss persona" like some other Persona, but Ali-Dance with Angelic Grace and Auto-Masukukaja buff will give you a decent dodge bonus to most things in the game.
If her Luck is high enough, you might be able to swap out Mudo Boost for something else since Hama/Mudo run off the Luck stat.
The one special feature of Alice - is that Die For Me is equivalent to two other skills: Mamudoon + Mudo Boost. Thus, it's a persona with sort of 9 skill slots as long as Die For Me is on her.
And this fact is what defines most optimal use for Alice, via two considerations:
- where exactly we need multi-target Dark insta-kill? When fighting trash mobs. So Alice should be optimized for trash (yes, not for bosses);
- what kind of persona has skill slots in shortest supply? Yep, auto-buffer persona.
And so, the optimal Alice would be this:
Die For Me
Auto-Mataru
Auto-Masuku
Victory Cry
Mahamaon (if not going with Mahamaon + Hama Boost on Naoto, use card)
Megidolaon
Dyne x2 (or x3 without Mahamaon).
This will make trash fights a breeze plus there would be no need to swap from auto-buffer to damage dealer.
Possible variants:
- if going Very Hard difficulty, replace couple damage dealers will Null/Repel Light and Null / Repel / Absorb Phys;
- if it's the 1st or only auto-buffer persona, then possibly replace one of damage dealers with Auto-Maraku for better boss fight auto buffs;
- if going without any good physical-damage persona, then possibly replace one of damage dealers with Black Spot (35% base crit, never evolves into anything else from occasional Magician card, which is good) or Primal Force, and use Omega Drive accessory for 2x crit chance. Omega Drive is quite late game though. Instead of Omega Drive could also give her Apt Pupil skill (does not stack with Omega Drive) which is quite early game skill.
