PSA: Ali Dance ("exclusive" skill) can be obtained on any persona (here's how)

Ali Dance is said to be "exclusive" to Futsunushi persona (and also can be obtained for Nebiros via one special day fusion), however i just got it on Sandalphon:

This was done with "skill change" Fusion Forecast, fusing Sandalphon via 3-way fusion from level 70+ personas looted in the last dungeon. The skill which morphed into Ali Dance - was Sandalphon's native "Endure Dark" skill. Maxed arcana, obviously.

And once obtained this way, Ali Dance is then transferrable to other personas by inheriting it when using Sandalphon in further fusions.

Pretty sure Ali-Dance is inheritable. I didn't have to go through Skill Change to get Ali-dance on Sandalphon and I also have it on Mada.
