Missed out on fishing/catching bugs

I've been playing Persona 4 Golden on PC for quite a few hours now and I'm in my first NG+ trying to max out all SLs.
The problem is, I discovered that in order to max out the Fox (Hermit) SL, I have to catch some bugs and fish in the river.
I'm now in 9/22 and the shrine kid only talks about having lost his bug catching net and never asks soda for bugs to give to Old Lady Shiroku to get the fish hook.
I'm already quite a lot of hours in this NG+ and I'm not going to restart the game just because I didn't know about this.
Any ideas on how to get myself out of this bad situation or some save-editing stuff? Thanks in advance

Err, you could get the bug catching net from the woman at the shrine at night, then you can catch bugs and give it to the fish in the pub for the fish hook.

There isnt really any other way around this as you will need to catch special bugs later on to catch a specific fish to max the Fox SL.

Ik but the woman is never there and I can't even get the fish hook :/

The woman at the shrine does not appear every day, just try to check there every night. She will ask you to give her a goldfish, but you can just say no and she'll start talking about the bug catching net. Then say yes to get it.
