So the pirates already have malware-free game build for no cost, but paying customers who bought the game still suffering from this useless pile of garbage. Legitimate game doesn't even have "patch advantage" because support was dropped after patch 1.1 and it haven't even solved underlying issues with crashes and for some 1.0 version is more stable.
But lesson learned - next time before I buy anything from Atlus again, I'll wait few months and look at provided support and DRM first.
Why do you even feel the need to comment if everything is fine? Why hang out here months after release if "everything is fine FOR YOU"?
For me personally, nothing is fine. I can't play this game without crashing for many months and I'm waiting for some resolution before I dive in and ruin my experience further. There is no patches against crashes and game executable is polluted with junk DRM code that may be the main cause of these crashes. Removing Denuvo will be the first step into culling the crash issues - It may not solve them all but the huge factor of excessive junk code and online activations will be eliminated.
Also about "no pop ups or anything": have you even tried reading threads on previous pages? People having issues even activating their games via Denuvo servers, unable to play for days and having "Sauerbraten" error messages. Please stop with this ignorance and just avoid these threads if you don't have the issues with this game. You are the lucky one, please take cookie from the jar and walk away.
Telling players who have ongoing issues with bad port with junk DRM how "smooth is your experience is" it's just mocking. You don't go to this thread https://steamcommunity.com/app/1113000/discussions/0/2441461920666185673/ and reply to every comment how smooth your game is, right?
As I said: if you don't have issues - good for you.
If you felt aggression in my manner of speech, I apologize. But you must also understand that every previous Denuvo thread where we tried politely discuss things, was completely derailed by shills ("Denuvo is harmless and not affects anything", "only pirates want Denuvo removed" etc etc)
I can't play the game due to constant crashes related to Denuvo DRM. Now what? Any more "useful" advices?
No, people literally can't just play the game, that's the problem. It's kind of hard to play anything when the DRM arbitrarily decides that you're not allowed to.
