Heaven Boss Help

I'm on the boss on the Heaven Dungeon and I'm finding it really difficult to take down the bosses health. I grinded out a bit but it's still pretty difficult to take down like any of his health. I've looked for some guides or helpful tips but I can't really find any.

when the boss does the buffing move try to either guess what element is buffed with you and your party or make everybody block, as Rise will tell you whats up next turn so you can exploit that. thats a tip I have, also what level are you atm?

rn, I'm level 67.

Its the same process of buffing your team, debuffing the boss, and whacking the boss. Make sure you have the proper weapons and armor.

A few things i can think of.
Make use of buffs and debuffs if you can both debilitate for debuffing and heat riser for MC buffing. As well as either power charge or mind charge (depending on if you're running magic or physical.)
Second If you have maxed the tower social, fuse yoshitsune, and raise his level to get the 8 low phys damage skill. That combined with power charge, and atk buff wrecks ♥♥♥♥.
Third make sure you're got basically the best equipment you can at that point. My usual level by that point in the game is enough to take on the reaper so if you can try killing the reaper to get an ultimate weapon or two.
Finally 4th be weary of the bosses skill that will take your party members, that can game end you real quick no matter how high a level you are.

Edit: One additional tip. Have a dedicated healer on your team (yukiko, yosuke, or teddie.) So the MC can focus on attacking.

Edit 2: Yoshitsune is a really good persona to have in general so regardless of this boss you should use it, and work on maxing its str stat.
