Angelic Grace vs. Ali Dance?

Angelic Grace: "Doubles evasion rate against all attacks but Light/Darkness/Almighty."

Ali Dance: "The Hit rate of an attacking unit is reduced by half."

...So, uh, clearly there's a translation error here. Do they both do the same thing?

Never tried them myself but from what I understood Angelic Grace is just combined dodge fire/ice/elec/wind and Ali Dance doubles your evasion in general. Supposedly they stack too, but I can't confirm.

I was wondering because my Magatasu-Izanagi ended up with it and I don't remember how (Futunushi?). I'm building for Margaret so I figured it could be useful to keep.

grace, the physicals never kill you but the other stuff will. Even the super secret boss only uses one nasty physical and you can black that
