Bad Ending? (SPOILERS?)

So I just beat P4, and I left on the train at night with my friends saying goodbye. Nanako was still in the hospital, Teddie was gone back to his world, and Namatame still had to have his trial. This can't be it, right? I cleared my data, because there was something about stuff I did from my last save retaining or something. Did I screw up big time? I don't mind playing this game again, but I think my heart is going to need a bit of a break before I even attempt to come back to this game, lol.

Yes, you screwed up the conversation choices when questioning Namatame.
Only a specific set of choices can unlock the true ending.
P4 is a very thorough game on its theme (Finding the truth). If you feel that there are still unanswered questions, it means the game haven't really end yet.

Go back to your save and figure out who the killer is

When confronting Namatame, you need to choose a specific set of options to progress and not get a bad ending.

Theres a very specific set of choices you need. Just google "Persona 4 Golden Namatame dialouge choices"

No I did not, Yukiko was right. I didn't want one of our memories as friends being killing somebody

I didn't delete it, I just did save clear data. I think it told me some stuff rolled over, like equipment I can buy, persona slots staying the same amount, money, etc. I just play through the game again with some benefits from the old save. It's not that bad it seems. Now I can play hard mode and get the true ending. Gonna be awhile though, I love this game but still
