These are what I used to solo margaret, but you could change anything. If you didnt go for absorb skill cards and there isn't enough time, you can use https://arantius.github.io/persona-fusion-calculator/4golden.html#/list/name (fusion calculator) to just fuse in the required skills. You also need to have maxed out the chariot link to fuse yoshi tsune (futunushi is one of his required for the fusion)
I'd at minimum grab the Protagonist's sword from the Reaper, and maybe fight him again solo to get a Godly Robe for him.
Very beatable, but she's probably a little harder than the Twins, primarily because she eventually uses Power Charge > Hassou Tobi that's all but guaranteed to kill everyone unless they somehow can reflect/null Phys, and uses a 9999 damage Megidolaon every 25 turns.
It's fairly simple to make an "invincible" Yosh*tsune. You ideally would want Absorb Fire, Absorb Ice, Absorb Wind, and Null Dark. However, on Margaret's phases where she uses Electric attacks, she Absorbs elec, so you might want to drop, for example, Arms Master for Absorb Elec if you want the battle to be as painless as possible. (Yoshi naturally repels Elec.)
