best way to level up to 99?

I forgot where to farm these hands.

I know about lab 6 chest and checking the nearby shadows for golden hands and repeat etc, so with the 50% extra exp armor is a good trick and im level 90+ now, but I might have forgot a better way.

Just go to difficulty settings and put EXP option to "more"

I found a decent place to farm hands. Its either floor 6, 7 or 8 of the Secret Underground Facility. As you're going down you'll find a floor that always remains the same (again, 6, 7 or 7, I forgot which). You'll know it as you come across a cross intersection with 3 shadows in in each of the directions. Often one of these three will be a golden hand. Kill 'em, return a floor up then come back down to this intersection and repeat. I did notice that after a while the game seemed to know what I was doing and it seemed to stop spawning them.

but I get it now exp+ and megidolaon with naoto that spam megi as well which will bypass their protections for fast AOE kills- make sense.

I finished the game on true ending with level 89 but I think on a new game+ to get the last achievments I needed to be 91 to summon the last persona so will do that then-

My go to spot has always been Heaven 9F, One, because you can encounter Golden Hands pretty much immediately on the floor. Two, because you can get groups of 5 of them. It's possible to reach EXP cap since there's 5 of them. My strategy was find the Hands, warp back to 8F, go back to 9F, find Hands again, rise and repeat. Takes about 30-45 minutes to reach 99 from the 60s-70s.
