How to unlock July/August Dungeon?

I am stuck again. I am current on 08/01, and I am searching everywhere for stuff to unlock the next dungeon and nothing comes up. Not even a guide will help me. What am I supposed to do? Who thought this was fun?

Step 1, Dojima is located in Shopping District, South on certain days. Talk to him, he will scold you for investigating the case, but will mention that he can't find Adachi.

Step 2, Adachi is located at Junes on the days after Dojima is found in the Shopping District. Threaten to tell Dojima. He'll give you a hint to talk to the shop owner of Souzai Daigaku in Shopping District, North. They will tell you that he worked for them earlier.

Step 3, The next day, in front of Marukyu Tofu Shop in Shopping District, South, talk to a boy, he'll show you a picture of Mitsuo Kubo. Use this to go find him in the TV World.

2. Ask Dojima in the shop district.
3. Wait till tommorow
4. Ask Adachi in Junes
5. Go to Souzai Daigaku in Shopping District, North. Ask the shopkeeper if the boy had worked for them at an earlier time
6. Wait till next day.
7. Talk to the boy in front of Marukyu Tofu Shop in Shopping District, South (He isnt there every day).

Just to note, since the OP seems to be in a different day of the first day you can do that dungeon:
After step 2, go to Junes to see if Adachi is there. If not, then yeah, wait until next day. (It is likely that no matter what, Adachi won't be there after step 2, but check anyway just in case)

I checked when I was playing. You need to talk to Dojima first and wait one day, otherwise you will never find Adachi in Junes.
