Can't find Kanji

I want to start a social link with kanji, but I can't find him anywhere in the overworld. Where is he?

from june 9th you need to talk to a girl on the practice building 2f, then you need to talk with Kanji in the practice building 1f, say "Yes I do" to him and he is ready to hang out. he is not available when it rains

is from june 9th on so i'm pretty sure he's still being available, try on wednesday, thursday, saturday or sunday in the school. you have to talk to that girl that i mentioned to get the rank one. and don't worry once the school open again you can try it

Yes, if you don't get Kanji right away, you're kind of screwed with him for a while. I was in the same boat. Couldn't get him till after summer break because of everything going on. It's not the end of the world though, you have plenty of other things to do.

Just when school is open, make sure it's not raining, and it's one of the days Kanji is in school, otherwise the girl will not show up by the stairwell to talk to.
