Stuck on paparazzi mission to unlock Rise's dungeon

How do i progress, Rise will die in 4 days oh god oh ♥♥♥♥

1: Go to Practice Build 2F at school and talk to the Risette Fan. This is the chubby studdy near the Washroom and Art Room.
2: Go to Shopping District, South and talk to Rise's Grandmother by Marukyu Tofu.
3: Go to Samegawa Flood Plain and talk to "Kind Man"
4: On a subsequent day come back to Samegawa Flood Plain and look for the photographer. Talk to him and select "Trade information" then "She's different than on TV" then also say you think she is stressed. NOTE: He is only available on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
5: Return to Teddie and you will be able to visit Rise's dungeon, Marukyu Striptease

Pro tip in case you get stuck on the next ones. Talk to literally everyone. Doesn't matter how big or small they are, talk to them. Go to every place you can possibly go to (Including the Practice Building cause that place is very forgettable) and talk to everyone there. Also make sure to pay attention to what they say cause they might tell you to look somewhere else tomorrow.

While that tip is obvious and helpful there is literally NOTHING that implies to go to the school even once. I'm used to the days of games not being handholdy but they still told you what to actually do in a vague manner. This dungeon unlock has nothing of the sort and is straight up annoying and poor game design. It keeps saying to go to the Floodplane when you talk to people.
