Game crashing constantly, can't make progress

I'm in the July Dungeon, and I encounter a crash literally at least once a floor-- sometimes the game won't even start up without crashing. It's to the point where I have to buy, like, 50 Goho-Ms and just use one after every floor in order to go back to the entrance and save. It's *that bad*. Is there any fix for this? I'm not sure if it's a memory leak or what, but at this point, I've lost three hours worth of playtime.

I have this problem alot.. 3 crashes today and around 9-12 hours lost in total over my whole game time
No signs or fixes that Ive seen so far
(Edit) Most of my crashes are on the Card Select screen after battle or are during battles or running around.
And most of my crashes lately have been in either Underground Bunker or Heavens Ascension

What operating sistem are you guys using? I manage to fix those crashes updating to Windows 10 from 7 and I already finished the game.

And good for you I really want to finish this game but it wont let me :( :(
Probably from bad coding in the pc port which is pretty common in this day and age (cough) Monster Hunter World (cough)
And yes my pc is up to snuff Ryzen 5 2600 16gb ram and Vega 56
If I can run Sekiro on max then a ps2 game ported to pc should be a cakewalk

Yo been looking around.. Kaldaien did a special k for persona 4 Im not sure if it will work on windows 7 but it might help our problem

I'm not upgrading to Windows 10 for any game. I'm also on Windows 7 but have had no crashes or stuttering. I've not installed any third party patches either. I really feel like the operating system is almost irrelevant. The other guy probably had something fixed or updated during the installation of Windows 10 that could have probably been fixed by a fresh installation of Windows 7.

Maybe you can check event viewer to see if there is something specific that is causing it to crash. Also, someone used a program called Dependencies to find out the files that they were missing to get the game to run. I'm not sure how much that would help you since you already can run the game but worth looking in to if you have no starting point.

Know your feeling man, know your feeling, happens more often after battles when loading, i've come up with a tactic that goes from skipping the first floors by literally dodging the shadows on the dungeon so i can start grinding from.. let's say floor 6 to 7, then hunt for golden hands in there. (Yukiko's castle)
After four battles use a Goho-ms or a Return daikon, i often use like 5.

Funny tho, everything else despite the loading freezes/crashes goes smoothly and great, only issue is that.
My playtime says i'm over 20h but my savefile is around 12h, you can guess how many time i've lost, however i'm still persistent to finish the game like this, but if bumping this helps to get a hotfix with a solution for this i'll comment. c:
I've heard of a fix with Nvidia cards, however i'm like, INTELHD user, so rip me, hahah, if you're also using that card i would like to know.
