Always checked the enemies weakness with analizys cause i forgot them. Also i always beat the dungeons on one day, which may have lead to have low health on every character at some point
Switch your teammates out and try not to instantly cure status effects. You can't help this part since Rise has a tendency to instantly cure most of them if you maxed Lovers, but the lines for things like Fear and teammates running away are pretty easy to miss.
I'll admit i haven't fully read it, but i beleve the best way to do your best on it would be:
Start NG+, try to have one or more powerful personas for MC that you can buy ASAP to breeze through the first 3 dungeon bosses. Try to avoid most fights as well, you might be able to abuse weaknesses to cheese bosses with just MC's actions.
Then as soon as you get Rise and void quest start the ordeal, you first wanna be underleveled to get those "they're strong" lines.
and also DO NOT PROGRESS RISE'S S.LINK cuz that'll make some lines harder to get.
Anyways here's the guide

I'll be tackling this myself soo, I just got true ending yesterday and I'm now checking the anime(s) to get a feel for them too. My 3rd run is just gonna be HRF and skill cards and just fusing InO on the end, that should get me all achievements.
Depending on how it goes for me I'll probably write a guide here on steam or make a YT video, I've found that there isn't too much info online on how to effectively tackle this (didn't find any videos on youtube for example)
Good luck
If you need any help with the achievement go to my 100% achievements guide:

I explained what to know about this achievement, gave a small walkthrough and provided a link with all lines I came across.
The best thing you can do is: Download the file, open it while playing and hunt for lines.
You could also just play your second run normally and hope for the best. Its random after all.
Again, your best bet if you're actively grinding for it is to try and trigger situations you wouldn't normally get into. Stuff like letting teammates die before healing them, letting them limp around at low health, stuff like that.
Now I'm way overleveled, but that's a non issue since those dice things Dehebilatated everyone on my squad and then some. and they;re not the things that drop the item i need lmao.
So yeah there's a tip, Secret lab floor 7. Farm up those stat reduction lines with those dice dudes. That's at least 3 lines per character.
I'm not entirely sure how the dungeons work after Secret Lab, but if you're referring to Heaven, I've read some people getting the trophy in either two of the dungeons after Heaven. Those two dungeons even have enemies that can help with Status effect lines.
I see this reason everywhere but I'm not sure it helps in the long-run. There's only 4 total lines that Rise says if enemies are a bit stronger than you. From Void Quest, I actually had to go back to Marukyu Striptease to farm all the #-of-enemy encounter lines just so I could rank Rise's S.Link up.
That being said, being underleveled does help in regards to being able to knock enemies down without killing them. I suppose you could use elemental items as an alternative too though, if you had the Yen to buy a bunch.
-----
Back to OP:
While I got a majority of lines in my level-ranged dungeon Marukyu Striptease, it doesn't hurt to go back to the older dungeons to get lines (status effects if you know which monsters give them, and elemental weaknesses and null/absorb/reflect lines with Rise's S.Link rank 2 or above)
I'd also like to add that I ran away from a lot of battles where I assumed I wouldn't get any new lines (or had low chances of finding alternate lines). Because I was afraid of overleveling, trophy or no trophy.
In the order I got lines:
With Rise's Social Link below 2, I focused on getting Ambushed and let my team die to get the dangerous stuff out of the way. I did get a bunch of Preemptive strikes and basic battle intros during that process anyway. When I was climbing Marukyu Striptease, I noticed that the smaller shadows were more likely to contain 4-5 enemies than bigger shadows. Do note that 5 shadows are rare to encounter. I was able to get all 30 A/PS/B intro lines except 4 of the five-enemy shadow encounters.
In the above process, I started with my weakest teammates (could be similar levels but require more exp to level up too) and tackled the knockdown/kill lines while I was focusing on the above lines. After I got 26 of A/PS/B lines I finished Void Quest (with difficulty and grinding because more people say to not be underleveled for the boss). While climbing Void Quest though, if I was running out of SP I would go back and switch to whoever needed more lines (using a spreadsheet to keep track).
Once I beat Void Quest and got Rise to rank 2, I went back in with some extra elemental items for the 1/2/3/4 knock down/kill lines I needed, and started with Yukiko's Castle to get the elemental weakness & null/absorb/reflect lines.
There may be better spots to get these status lines, but the enemies I grinded for them were: Steamy Bathhouse's Golden Hand for Panic. The floor I grinded it on was either 6 or 7, whichever featured the two long vertical pathways that eventually met up. I had better luck running into 3 golden Hands to get the lines, made sure I blocked with the characters that already had it.
The Creation Relic in Yukiko's Casatle is good for Enervation, make sure to physical attack to accidentally trip and knock yourself down. Only trouble I had was with Yukiko who never got the self-knock down line.
In Void Quest, Lustful Snake is good for Silence and Whimsical Papillon can be good for Lowered Defense. However if you have access to Secret Lab, on a rainy day one of the enemies can lower every stat?
So the key thing is to maybe go back to older dungeons to attempt to get possible lines. Maybe wait until the next two to get a bunch of status effect lines, and keeping track of progress can help as well.
Max out Rissette S.Link asap? or wait on it?
after getting those lines she should be kept in between 2-6 to get the affinity lines
P.S - When is it safe to level up her S.Link?
make sure you get those lines, they're as follows:
Preempt One Enemy x2
Normal One Enemy x2
Ambush One Enemy x2
Preempt Two Enemies x2
Normal Two Enemies x2
Ambush Two Enemies x2
Preempt Three Enemies x2
Normal Three Enemies x2
Ambush Three Enemies x2
Preempt Four Enemies x2
Normal Four Enemies x2
Ambush Four Enemies x2
Preempt Five Enemies x2
Normal Five Enemies x2
Ambush Five Enemies x2
I used the castle and athouse for those, there's a spawn fairly common of 5 rocks on bathhouse 4, and 4 cupids on bathhouse 3. after you get those rank her to 2, i kept her on 2 for the rest of the process.
