Tv Listing Channels not unlocked after completing the game?

I just beat the game about an hour ago and got the golden ending. I went to the tv listings to see what had been unlocked, but there are still some channels on the tv listings that still are locked. Specifically, Jacktoons and YBC. I looked online, and apparently, these should be unlocked if you finished the game with the golden ending. Is something wrong or did I just miss something?

I heard they got cut in this version.
