I'm here to help! Fixes to crashes, random bugs noticed, and more!
Crashes: Okay for me this is what fixed it.

Update your nvidia/amd drivers. Its likely the devs were using the latest drivers when testing this out and its unlikely its supported for older versions.

Keep in borderless screen, not full screen!

Turn off steams ingame interface.

These three things have stopped crashes completely for me.

Bugs: Not many bugs ive found, just a few cosmetic shadow glitches and such but heres some gameplay bugs that ive found that really hurt me:

Mudo/hama does NOT work at ALL on some enemies, such as mudo not working on magical magus. I have tested this and checked.

Do not and I repeat do NOT fight Yukiko without having an early save before hand! Theres a really bad crash Ive gotten from fighting her over and over. So be weary.

Tips and tricks: Now Ive beaten persona 3 fes twice, and here are some tips I can add that might help you beat this game easier that ive not found anywhere online:

Dont stress! Dont worry about maxing social links, dont worry about maxing anything, you likely wont complete this game 100 percent your first time unless youre a hardcore player so dont worry about doing that. If you downright want to beat the game 100 percent then go for the other guides out there that give an indepth amount of help because im not doing that. This is for players with limited time or casual players like me.

Find one or two social links and max it as fast as you can! Now the best thing to max early is Marie's Aeon social link. I personally am not doing this but if you want an easier game, focus on her. I'm personally maxing Chie, not because I like Chariot or because her social link is strong, it's solely because I am downright in love with the concept of Chie. If you feel strongly for a certain character, don't hesitate to focus on them because this is a game to have fun with.

Fight in dungeons for AS LONG AS POSSIBLE. Use your SP mostly for healing, focus entirely on farming, and do NOT leave until you have completely exhausted the party. This is especially true for early on. Dont be afraid to use SP healing items.

Every dungeon can be done in 1 day and might be even better to be done in one day. A rainy day is even better because some enemies only appear on rainy days and the Social Link can't be advanced on rainy days. You can use magic damage items on the golden hands (Rare enemies) since it does fixed damage and the hands have low life (on yukiko castle) you can easily get over lvl 20 killing them. So save your magic items for this.

Priority is getting personas in dungeons, leaving, fusing them, and going back to dungeons. This is perhaps one of the strongest options to make yourself much stronger. HP/SP increase card is next priority. It's basically 2 free fights. Then last priority is increasing persona stats.

Focus on upgrading your hama/mudo. Try to get the AoE versions of these since your team has wind, fire, and ice, its unlikely you will need to bother with these elements. Then focus on debuffs such as attack reduction or defence reduction. These are strong options against bosses and clearing up trash.

Save yukiko as fast as possible going into the tv as few times as possible! This will give you a strong headstart and it will allow you to focus more on things outside of the tv. Try to enter the tv and be as effective as possible. To give you an idea I only went into the TV twice to save yukiko. When i was done I was already level 15.

Well thats it, any other things you guys want to add please do or if you feel I am wrong about something then dont hesitate to let me know. Hope this helps!

The reaper lives in chests so be weary when you hear him and try to move to another floor!

You should look for cutscene stuttering

Obviously some enemies have repel, null, drain light/dark so it will never work

The reaper will never "come" the reaper "lives" in the treasure boxes if it has the reaper sound it will spawn in one of the boxes...

112 hours not a single crash only stuttering on all out attacks and cutscenes

Sp can be easily be recovered by using the "soul" items(soul drop, chewing soul etc... easy to get on chests), getting cup card in shuffle time, or buy at the vending machines every week(starts on monday)

Chest keys are okayish you get some free gear but most of them suck it is most for the free sp items

The rest of the team has those skills the Hero would be better focusing on debuff and for bosses and hama/mudo since the multi hit versions and upgraded version can end fights in one turn

Every dungeon can be done in 1 day and might be even better to be done in one day a rainy day is even better because some enemies only appear at rainy days and SL can't be advanced on rainy days(You can use magic damage itens on hands since it does fixed damage and the hands have low life(on yukiko castle) you can easily get over lvl 20 killing them)

I updated everything to reflect what you said. The reason why I thought the reaper comes out was because in Persona 3 FES he spawned randomly once you heard him come.

The only thing I disagree on is the chest keys.

I have found some really strong items from them for instance Gentlemans Tux which is the same as the Chain Mail which is the best armor I can buy right now but also grants 50 extra HP. Which is huge. Also you can get accessories that do double of what the accessories you buy from the shop can do. Or give resistances evasion that your teammates are weak against. On top of the fact that you can sell them for a nice price. You gotta open a LOT of chests to get these nice items, it took around 20 chests at least to get the tux but it was definitely worth it. That's a 20 percent health boost for me. I can imagine it only gets better too.

Thank you for the info, I learned a lot from that bit of advice.

It is more a p4 thing since p5 the reaper spawns again to chase you...

problem is life doesn't matter very much or is useful for a very little time getting strength, magic is way better even endurance that reduces enemy damage...

Dodgin is okay but having only one acessory slot it is better to save it to something better

Try my methods to stop the crashes. I also had a really bad problem with crashes until I used the three methods I provided.

It is not crash it is stuttering.....whenever we start a all out attack the game freezes for 1 second then returns

Ive yet to find a fix for that but Ill keep you posted if I do. Im going to try turning off vsync and other things through nvidia inspector and see what works. Im guessing its an engine problem and theres nothing I can do there.

Its likely to be fixed in a few weeks.

Thanks for giving people some easy solutions to try to fix their issues! Just to let other people know: my game crashes much faster in borderless window mode than in fullscreen and having Vsync disabled also crashes it way faster for me than having in enabled, no matter the resolution.

If you are having performance issues, try out different combinations of settings! The longest I have played without crashing was probably 50 minutes, still not enough for a full dungeon. With much better hardware than the recommended specs, btw.

Good luck!

Seems I am pretty lucky since my problems are only with the Vsync liking to lock my framerates to 60fps, even though the game runs at 120+ all the time. Only a single crash so far and it involved alt tabbing from the game a couple of times in a row.

As for the game itself, chest keys are not very important. They are useful, sure, but not more important than fusing new personas, or getting additional stats on them. Unless you are not buying good gear from the shop before you start the dungeon, locked chests usually won't give you anything that will make you win fights more. On the other hand, getting a better persona, or getting some additional stats on it can make a huge difference in power level.
