Inactive Party Member XP mod Update Thread

Hey folks, earlier I released a mod upon request that dishes out experience to inactive or reserve party members, and just now released a small update to that program. This thread will act as a simple changelog and feature request thread for those of you who are interested.

The changelog

Version 1.0.1:
- Compiled in release mode to improve compatability
- Optimized and simplified the method to get and access party member data
- XP gain now rounds up instead of truncating in the default way

Any chance of this being in a more accessible format in the future? You know, like most mods on GameBanana? It's fine if not, it's just that the installation's a lot simpler.

Oh wow this souds amazing, one of my biggest problems with the game was that some teammates ended up being so underleveled i didn't bother with them anymore. i'd probably use this if i decide to replay the game sometime again
