Ok I speedwatched Golden Anmie and In Anmie this scene happen immediately after completing her dungeon and before V-Day . So seems it is In Feb 13 then !

you only have one day to finish her dungeon too so be prepared cuz its kinda hard, if you don't beat it on 2/13 you won't get the golden ending

Dont worry dude ! I prepared hard to solo her , because of my headcanon . Now I am Lvl 95 with Kaguya , Yosh itsune , Alice and Ishtar in my team ! Wish me luck :) ...I wanna become like Yu is so badass that he solo handled his goddess waifu :3

I did it ! I soloed her . Seems I over prepared for this .. she went down in 8 turn even in solo . This game basically say how broken Yu Narukami is !
