How to fuse Izanagi-no-Okami?

I know i gotta get the true ending and get to NG+ to fuse him like satanael in P5R but aside from that i heard you gotta get max S.links in most confidants to get him is this true?

You need EVERY link in the same run, and every single dungeon miniboss that appears after the first run. I know this unlocks the Margaret boss as well

Whaaaaat thats insane, there's no way i could max out all S.links on my first playthrough.

-First, see the True ending. This should be easy to achieve
-Second, you must be on your 2nd playthrough and at level 91at least. Starting from July 20th, Igor will allow you to fuse Izanagi no Okami.
-Finally, have Izanagi, Sandman, Nata Taishi, Girimehkala, Norn (Fortune S.Link MAX, fusion of Clotho, Lachesis and Atropos), Okuninushi, Orthrus, Kartikeya, Mithra, Tzitzimitl, Cu chulainn and Legion in your possession. Izanagi no Okami can now be fused.

The mega OP persona is neither meant nor possible to get on first playthrough, it's just something extra to do in NG+ -es, along with couple other things :P

You need to grind to Level 91 and be past June 20th to make it. The recipe is given to you afterwards.

Also grinding to 91 isn't that difficult just set the game's difficulty level to very easy or a custom difficulty level where you set money and xp to max and just fight golden hands and that would get you to 91 in no time. I would suggest it at the end of the 1st playthrough since you have access to the later dungeons.

i already did it and im currently at level 71 on November 1st in the game, farming gold hands truly makes you OP
