If the game tries to use the GPU built into your CPU instead of the NVidia GPU (because it wants to save power) then that probably does not support DirectX 11 shaders in hardware, but from what I can see online the 520M does actually support DirectX 11 in hardware so it seems like it might at least be able to try to run the game.

How can anyone still sit on some GT520 and actually buy games from steam? I mean, what can you even play on that? I doubt even Factorio runs well on that ancient rock
Well because he's using a laptop. There's no PCI Express slot. He's stuck with the hardware that is inside the laptop. I'm sure he didn't purchase this laptop to play Persona, but if he already has it for other purposes then I don't see why he shouldn't try to get it to work since that'd be a lot cheaper than buying a new computer.

You should be able to run the game as both of your GPU support DX11.
However, you should set the resolution at 1280x720, turn off vsync, set rendering scale to 75.
You also should get the lower bitrate cutscene mods on the forum because they will lag without that mod.
Another thing tho, i keep running into this problem, my game keep crashing at the opening movie, but if i reset the game enough i can get pass it, then the game crash at the velvet room introduction but sometime if i'm lucky i can get into the main game and the fps is silky smooth, until it crash again at the next movie cutscene, tbh it's infuriating. Oh and of course the anime cutscenes stutter like crazy without saying.
Thanks John, i tried it a few days ago when i saw your thread and the game only display a black screen and the music still running in the background... the game crashed :(
That really sounds to me like you might not have copied the movies properly. I'm not sure what the game will do if you don't have the movies in the game folder. It might do that. Make sure you have copied the movies from the LowQ folder into the main persona folder where the originals were.
If you are still having that issue I would suggest first verifying the integrity of the game files (right click game in Library, select Properties->Local Files->Check Integrity of Game Files) to redownload the originals then trying again to install the movie pack accodring to the instructions in the README.TXT file in the LowQ Videos folder.
