exp to all party members

i dont remember last time if their was something that made all party members get exp. unless you have to keep switching them constantly to keep them evenly leveled. atleast persona 5 did that

Persona 5 did that only when u maximize mishima confident, and all retro rpg never given exp to ur backup member.

It doesn't really matter in this game. The initial 4 is the strongest team, but Naoto is also a beast in certain dungeons.

P5 did not do this without a confidant, and also didn't matter. Also consider there are a lot of QOL changes in P5, due to it being a more modern game which P4 did not have.

This isn't pokémon, despite how it might seem.

Growth is for MC persona. Party members never learn this.

yea it kinda sucks. i would use kanji, naoto and yukiko for the rest of the game.

It's a mid-2000s JRPG. The grind is real.

I don't think you really need to grind much in the game unless you play on hard or very hard difficulty.
